Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 15, 2026

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SvaVeda’s website, platform and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

SvaVeda is operated by Lifewise Ventures Private Limited (“SvaVeda”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, listing a Program, making a Booking or otherwise using SvaVeda, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

In these Terms, a “Seeker” is a person who uses SvaVeda to discover, book or participate in a Program; an “Expert” is an independent individual or entity offering a Program through SvaVeda; a “User” means any person using the Platform; a “Program” means a scheduled workshop, seminar, webinar, fixed-date course, retreat, activity, experience, event or other offering available through the Platform; and a “Booking” means a booking made through SvaVeda.

2. SvaVeda’s Role

SvaVeda is a technology-enabled marketplace that helps Seekers discover and book wellbeing Programs offered by independent Experts.

SvaVeda may facilitate discovery, listing, booking, payment collection, booking management, cancellations, applicable refunds, communication, feedback and other marketplace-related processes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, SvaVeda is not the provider, organiser, instructor, therapist, facilitator or operator of an Expert’s Program. The relevant Expert remains responsible for the underlying Program, including its delivery and the information and representations provided about it.

3. Accounts, Eligibility and Information

You must use the Platform lawfully and responsibly and provide information that is accurate and not misleading. You are responsible for activity associated with your account and should take reasonable steps to protect your account credentials.

You must keep information material to your use of SvaVeda reasonably up to date. SvaVeda may request information or verification where reasonably necessary for account administration, security, compliance or marketplace integrity.

Where a Booking or participation involves a minor, the relevant parent, guardian or legally responsible adult is responsible for ensuring that participation is appropriate and that any required consent or supervision is provided.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;

use the Platform for fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful purposes;

interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Platform or attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or information;

manipulate Bookings, reviews, payments or other marketplace activity;

submit materially false or misleading information; or

otherwise use SvaVeda in a manner that may materially harm other Users, the Platform or the marketplace.

We may take reasonable and proportionate action where use of the Platform breaches these Terms, applicable law or marketplace standards.

5. Programs and Expert Responsibility

Eligible Programs & Marketplace Scope

SvaVeda supports scheduled, date-specific and time-bound Programs with a genuine and reasonably direct connection to holistic wellbeing, personal development, mindful living, connection, participation or another wellbeing-related purpose supported by SvaVeda.

Programs whose primary purpose is unrelated to wellbeing are not within the intended marketplace scope. This includes, for example, schemes or offerings primarily promoting easy or guaranteed money, financial gain, investment or speculative activity, stock or trading tips, financial advice or similar offerings.

The examples above are illustrative and do not limit SvaVeda’s ability to decline, restrict, unpublish or remove other offerings that are inconsistent with the purpose, positioning, safety requirements, applicable law or marketplace standards of SvaVeda. SvaVeda may determine whether a proposed Program falls within the Platform’s supported scope.

Programs listed on SvaVeda are independently offered by Experts.

Experts are responsible for their Program information, applicable qualifications or permissions, compliance with laws relevant to their activities and the delivery of the underlying Program.

SvaVeda may review, request changes to, moderate, suspend or remove Program information or listings. Publication or review of a Program does not mean that SvaVeda has certified, endorsed or guaranteed the Expert or Program.

Seekers should review available Program information and make their own assessment of whether a Program is suitable for them.

6. Bookings and Payments

Bookings must be made through the applicable SvaVeda booking process.

For Bookings made through the Platform, SvaVeda may collect payment as an authorised collection agent of the relevant Expert. To the extent payment is successfully received and realised for the relevant Booking, the Seeker’s payment obligation to the Expert for that amount is treated as satisfied.

SvaVeda’s role in collecting or facilitating payment does not make SvaVeda the provider of the underlying Program.

A Booking may be subject to availability, successful payment and any applicable confirmation requirements. Where payment fails, remains incomplete, is reversed or cannot be successfully processed, the relevant Booking may not be confirmed.

SvaVeda may provide a booking confirmation, payment acknowledgement or similar transaction record. This is not a tax invoice for the underlying Program. Where an invoice or tax invoice is applicable, it is the responsibility of the relevant Expert to issue it directly to the Seeker.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the terms applicable to the particular Program and Booking.

The relevant cancellation terms applicable when you make your Booking, together with SvaVeda’s Cancellation & Refund Policy, govern the applicable cancellation and refund framework.

You should not assume that every cancellation will result in a refund. Expert cancellations, material changes, exceptional circumstances, payment reversals and other situations may be handled in accordance with the applicable policy, the circumstances of the Booking and applicable law.

8. Communicating Through SvaVeda

Where SvaVeda provides communication features, including Message Expert, they are intended to support legitimate Program- and Booking-related communication.

You must not use these features to:

share or solicit phone numbers, personal email addresses, payment details or payment links for the purpose of moving a transaction outside SvaVeda;

encourage another User to cancel or avoid a SvaVeda Booking in order to transact privately;

deliberately bypass applicable SvaVeda booking or payment processes;

send spam or unsolicited promotional messages;

harass, threaten or intimidate another person; or

use abusive, hateful, discriminatory, obscene or seriously inappropriate language or content.

SvaVeda may take reasonable action in relation to communications that breach these rules or create safety, integrity or legal concerns.

9. Private Arrangements and Circumvention

SvaVeda is not generally responsible for promises, payments, commitments, changes or other arrangements privately agreed between a Seeker and an Expert outside an authorised SvaVeda process.

However, private communication must not be used to deliberately bypass SvaVeda in relation to an active Booking or transaction initiated through the Platform.

This does not prevent Experts from independently operating their businesses or using other lawful channels generally. The restriction is directed at deliberate circumvention of relevant SvaVeda marketplace transactions or obligations.

10. Reviews and User Content

Third-Party Rights & Reporting

If you believe that a Profile, Program, image, logo, name or other material on SvaVeda is being used without your permission or infringes your rights, you may contact SvaVeda through the online Contact Us form using the relevant subject or category. SvaVeda may review the information provided and take appropriate action where warranted.

Users may be able to submit reviews, feedback, photographs, messages or other content through the Platform.

You are responsible for content you submit and must ensure that it is genuine and substantially accurate, does not infringe another person’s rights, is not deceptive or manipulated, and is not unlawful, abusive or seriously inappropriate.

You must not submit or arrange fake reviews or manipulate ratings or feedback.

By submitting content through SvaVeda, you grant SvaVeda a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display and use that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, promote and improve the Platform and relevant marketplace activity, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

We may moderate, remove or restrict content where reasonably necessary.

11. SvaVeda Intellectual Property

The SvaVeda name, logo, branding, website design, software, content, technology and other intellectual property associated with the Platform belong to SvaVeda or its licensors.

Using the Platform does not give you ownership of any SvaVeda intellectual property. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, misuse or represent SvaVeda’s intellectual property as your own without permission.

Experts may have additional permissions and obligations regarding SvaVeda branding under the Expert Marketplace Agreement.

12. Safety, Conduct and Marketplace Integrity

SvaVeda is intended to be a respectful and trustworthy marketplace. You must not use the Platform in connection with fraud, serious deception, exploitation, harassment, unlawful discrimination, threats or other conduct that may reasonably create significant safety, legal or marketplace integrity concerns.

SvaVeda may take reasonable and proportionate action where necessary to protect Users, comply with law or preserve the integrity of the marketplace.

13. Questions, Concerns and Support

If you have a question or concern relating to a Booking, Program, payment or your use of SvaVeda, you may contact us through the contact details or support channels made available on the Platform.

We will make reasonable efforts to understand and address the matter. Depending on its nature, we may request further information, facilitate communication with the relevant Expert, review relevant Platform records or take other appropriate action.

SvaVeda’s involvement in assisting with a matter does not mean that SvaVeda becomes the provider of the underlying Program.

14. Platform Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Platform where reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted or free from technical errors.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be made available through SvaVeda and will apply from its stated effective date, subject to applicable law. Where a change materially affects an existing Booking or contractual relationship, its application will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances.

15. Disclaimers and No Guaranteed Outcomes

Programs on SvaVeda may involve a range of wellbeing, educational, experiential or personal-development approaches.

SvaVeda does not guarantee that a particular Program will be suitable for every Seeker, that a particular Expert will meet every person’s expectations, or that participation will produce any particular wellbeing, personal or other outcome.

Further information regarding wellbeing, health, safety and personal suitability is set out in SvaVeda’s Disclaimer.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Responsibility and Liability

SvaVeda is responsible for its own role in operating the Platform. However, subject to applicable law, SvaVeda is not responsible merely because it operates the marketplace for matters arising from the independent acts, omissions, professional judgment or delivery of an Expert.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17. Your Responsibility for Misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for losses, claims or reasonable costs arising directly from your deliberate fraud or unlawful conduct, material misuse of the Platform, content submitted without the necessary rights, infringement of another person’s rights or a material breach of these Terms.

This does not apply to the extent a relevant loss was caused by SvaVeda’s own breach or unlawful conduct. Additional Expert-specific responsibilities are addressed in the Expert Marketplace Agreement.

18. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Programs or Platform services may occasionally be affected by events outside the reasonable control of the relevant parties, including severe weather, natural events, public restrictions, venue emergencies, transport disruption or widespread technical failures.

The consequences for an affected Booking will depend on the circumstances, the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law and any mandatory rights available to you, the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform.

20. Contact

For questions or concerns relating to these Terms or SvaVeda, please contact us through the contact details or support channels made available on the Platform.

Final Clarifications

Users must not systematically copy, scrape, harvest or extract Platform content, listings or User information except where permitted. SvaVeda may restrict access, suspend accounts, remove content or take protective action where reasonably necessary. Obvious technical, pricing, payment or duplicate transaction errors may be reasonably investigated and corrected. Reviews should relate to genuine experiences. IP or rights complaints may be submitted through the Contact Us mechanism using the relevant category, and SvaVeda may contact the relevant User or restrict or remove material where appropriate.
