SvaVeda, operated by Lifewise Ventures Private Limited, is a technology-enabled marketplace that helps Seekers discover and book wellbeing Programs offered by independent Experts.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, SvaVeda does not provide, conduct, organise, instruct, facilitate or supervise the underlying Program. The relevant Expert remains responsible for the Program they offer and for the information, guidance and services they independently provide.

2. Nature of Wellbeing Programs

Programs available on SvaVeda may involve physical, emotional, contemplative, educational, experiential or personal-development elements. Different Programs may involve different levels of activity, interaction, personal reflection or other forms of participation.

You are responsible for considering whether a Program is suitable for your own circumstances before participating.

Experts remain responsible for conducting their Programs lawfully and responsibly and for the information and guidance they provide.

Participants remain responsible for their own participation, choices and reasonable precautions. This does not excuse unlawful, negligent or otherwise non-compliant conduct by an Expert or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
