Pranayama: An Attentive Approach to the Breath is a guided breathwork session designed to help participants slow down, become more aware of their breathing, and develop a steady and attentive practice. Led by Ananya Shah, who has close to a decade of experience teaching pranayama, the session combines guided practice with space for questions and individual adjustments.

The approach is simple, unhurried, and suitable for those who want to explore pranayama with greater awareness rather than simply follow a fixed sequence.

A gentle introduction to pranayama and breath-centered practice, designed for those who want to slow down, pay closer attention, and develop a more conscious relationship with the breath. This session is suitable for beginners and those looking to deepen their existing breathwork practice through a more attentive and experiential approach.
