Fine arts taught me how to observe; travel taught me how to listen. But it was sound and yoga that taught me how to come home. Along the way, I’ve spent time training in classical Indian music, exploring sound healing at SVARAM in Auroville, immersing in Nāda Yoga, and completing my Hatha Yoga TTC with Sivananda, alongside years of practice with the Isha Foundation. Yet the most transformative lesson I learned wasn't technical—it was discovering what happens when we stop censoring our own expression. I work especially with "non-singers"—people who were once told they were tone-deaf, too quiet, or simply not musical. My intention is simple: to help you tap into your voice, clear the hesitation, and experience the pure joy and healing of making sound.
